What we never ask for on this site
Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank-account or routing numbers, card numbers, passwords, medical information, or copies of legal or court documents through this website. We do not need them to have a first conversation, and this form is not a secure channel for them. If any web page, email, or caller claiming to be us asks for that information, stop and contact us through a channel you have already verified.
Information you choose to provide
The hosted contact form currently asks for your name, phone number, and email address so we can respond to your request. Phone and email may be required by the form provider. Do not use the form to send financial-account information, identity numbers, passwords, medical information, or legal documents.
Like most websites, our host also processes standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
How information is used
We use submitted information to respond to your request, understand the timeline, prepare for a conversation, operate the website, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Submitting a form does not stop, delay, or change any foreclosure deadline or lender action.
